Hi, It is worth noting for all with ETM issues that Volvo UK have essentially absolved themselves of any responsibility for whatever fix is applied. They have wrongly left this issue in the dealers hands. However, as pointed out on Watchdog last night, all sufferers of this issue are quite entitled to go to court with the dealer (and I suggest with Volvo UK too - add them to the action) and you WILL get all your money back if your dealer has made you pay for work to resolve the issue. The ETM is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. Full Stop.. Good to hear of some garages who still know what it is like to be Volvo owners and what Customer Service is. Des. . . ;)
