ECT sensor removal

Anyone knows a way of removing the Engine Cooling Temp Sensor without pulling the Power Steering Pump? An Oxygen Sensor Socket is too big. Still troubleshooting my no start condition Trilarry

I've changed a few of these and have had no problem just using an open end spanner. TBH you only need the spanner to crack it loose and tighten it up, it will screw/unscrew happily in your fingers, in fact that's the only way to do it as you'll have to turn the wiring at the same time.
