CPU loading on REAPER indicator and system indicator (SOLVED)

CPU loading on system indicator (Process Explorer and ) is higher then REAPER indicator more than twice. for example, on current project: 5 track, one FX (GlaceReverb) REAPER performance total - ~7%, and Process Explorer show ~ 20% for REAPER process.

The Reaper performance meter measures only the load caused by plugins, that's why that is labeled "FX CPU use". The Task Manager (or Process Explorer) displays the overall load caused by the FX plus the audio engine, the GUI and so on, hence the difference.
