Need help to identify cable

I was looking under the bonnet and I found a cable that has been cut off, in the corner nearest to the driver's seat. Can anybody please help me identify what is this cable? Here are some pictures that might help: Thank you Cheers, Dan

IS car a Ex police?..if so probably just a location where they poked all their wiring through for all the gadgets..the S60 /V70 has loads of space cabling for accessories.
