Hello, If you have Pro Tools 5.0.1 or older, you will need to upgrade to Pro Tools LE 5.11 and install that first: Then you will be able to download and install the 32 track version: regards, mike

can i upgrade strait from 5.0- 5.2.1?? can someone please tell me if i need to get 5.1 before i go to 5.2.1? i just got all the goods to have the 32 tracks,but i have never upgraded since i received my initial 5.0 LE???
