Alchemy - Button behavior

Im not sure if this is a bug with Camel Audio, or Reaper, so ill post in both places. But Im finding that many buttons in Alchemy do not respond. Most buttons work as expected, Some will toggle at random if I keep clicking on them, and a few simply don't toggle at all (the MSEG Sync button for example) Does anyone else experience this? Win xp, Service Pack 2

MSEG sync button toggles for me in Reaper (and other hosts). Give us some more examples.

Maybe it needs the audio engine running? Preferences/audio/playback: 'Run FX when stopped'

in midi track when all channels are set as midi input, some buttons dont work well.
