firmware update

What's up with the update 2.00.02. I downloaded the zip file but it wont open? has anyone else had this happen? I try to extract all files and it says ok this is the file name is this where you want it and when I hit next it does nothing. I tried several times with the same results. Whats up?

I downloaded it from the Digi web and unzipped it fine here. send me an e-mail with C-8 on the subject line and i'll send it to you unzipped. it's only 147KB, hope this helps George Ware
