Please implement this ASAP. Should be able to filter the velocity panes (CC, etc) to show "sliders" for selected notes only. With the current setup, it's impossible to "draw" across the pane, as it changes values for ALL notes. Silly. Also silly that you can't enter values directly from the keyboard, instead of HAVING TO drag. Another reason for a Cubase-style "Info Line". See here:
I don't know if I get you right there so as a preventive: Please let's not go the filter route for this. I still want to have info about the rest of the notes when editing some, so unselected velocities need to stay visible. IMO, the correct way to handle this would be to exclude the velocity of unselected notes from being changed. Simple as that. There is absolutely no need to hide unselected values. EDIT: Related FR tracker issue: Btw. you can enter values from the keyboard via the note properties. You can have that window sit on the screen and it will update to the currently selected note(s). Downside: Enter closes that window, so you have to tab through to "Apply" or click it with the mouse. And it tends to sit in front of useful info... I'd prefer an editable info line as well. Wouldn't necessarily have to be cuborg style ;)
