Crash when trying to convert to Ogg (FIXED)

OK, duplicated .. The crash appears to occur within the Vorbis libraries, and I can't see why, however there is a newer version of libvorbis that seems to fix the problem. Please test: (Release/ has 32 bit, Release64/ has 64 bit, please replace the reaper_ogg.dll in your Plugins/ directory with the appropriate version).
