Energy saver question

Happy New Year, Just bumped up my Digi 001 to OSX with 6.4....simple question. Can I still put my drives to sleep if I am not using Pro Tools? I got so used to using the sleep mode, and it would be cool if I can still use this. I imagine that the answer is yes, but I would like to know for sure. Anyone got any cool New Years gigs? Kenny

I use sleep when not using Protools and I havent encounted any problems. Make sure you switch to never when using Protools because a crash is gauranteed if sleep occurs whe protools is open.
