Pro Tools On System Drive

Should I have the pro tools program on my system drive or should I have it on my second drive and if so How do you install or move the pro tools from my system drive to my dedicated drive?

The program itself, and all of it's accessories (plugins, etc) should be installed to the system drive.

So the second drive should just be used just for audio files?

Yes. Session files go to their own separate drive.
