I just got The card and i need same advice from how to configurate the sistem.Can you guys give me some detailed instructions,what is the best slot BIOS,IRQ settings.... My system is P3,815 eea -motherboard,512 RAM, Maxtor 5400rpm system drive20gb '''''' 7200rpm audio drive Right now i have 001 on the 2 slot!!! I also have CDROM-DVD,CDRW!!!Thanks!!!
Valeri, I would highly recommend NOT using the AT100 card. Any IDE Drive is best if it's connected to the MOBO. AT100 cards use too much PCI bandwidth to allow the 001 to breathe. Other than that. The biggest thing is to enable DMA for your HD's. Hope this helps! MasterJ
